Understanding How to Best Respond to the Addicted

The Potter’s House | Community Awareness Seminar

ENABLING VS SUPPORTING:

Understanding How to Best Respond to the Addicted.

This seminar will provide an overview of enabling and how to support addicted loved ones without enabling them. What is Enabling Addiction? Enabling is what it sounds like: you’re indirectly facilitating an addicted person’s substance abuse by helping him or her in one way or another. The goal is telling the difference between what is constructive or helpful versus what is merely assisting the addicted to obtain their substance of choice. This seminar will help to answer how you can actually help the addicted without falling into the trap of enabling the addiction.

THIS SEMINAR IS FREE AND IS IDEAL FOR FAMILIES, PASTORS, BUSINESS PERSONS, AND MORE!

APRIL 27, 7:00 pm
Conestoga Church of the Brethren | 141 E Main St, Leola, PA 17540
