Meet Our Team
These staff members serve on a weekly basis in hands-on ways.
Lloyd Hoover
Executive Director – Provides overall administration to the program, also provides spiritual counsel to the students, and directly supervises the Ministry Director and Development staff. Lloyd serves part-time.
Joel Jakubowski
Men’s Ministry Director – Provides oversight and direction to the men’s ministry program, counsels students in a variety of areas, and directly supervises the Associate Directors & House Managers. Joel serves full-time.
ROB Weatherholtz
Director of Discipleship – Focuses on intensive student spiritual personal development and the incorporation and oversight of transformative/trauma programming.
Lanny Millette
Director of Donor Relations – Works at building the base of ministry partners to allow us to continue to minister to the deep needs of those who have no financial means to cover the costs of recovery. Lanny serves part-time.
Armond “Bud” Roda
Resource Coordinator – Serves as a Volunteer Staff Chaplain in the Lancaster County Prison and a liaison for referrals to the program.
House Managers
Provide oversight of the students in the house on evenings and weekends.
