Joe, a retired U.S. Army Chaplain, served as Executive Director of Teen Challenge Training Center, Rehrersburg, PA, for 9 years followed by serving 4 years as President of Teen Challenge USA in Springfield, MO. Joe & his wife Irene have 4 children & 10 grandchildren who bring them much joy.
