The Potter’s House Non-Discrimination Policy

The Potter’s House Ministry is committed to non-discrimination on the basis of age, race, and ethnicity, male, female, or national origin in the selection, compensation, employment practices, ability to volunteer, or the privilege to receive from ministry services as a student. The rights for men and women are specific to the defined ministry centers for men and women.   The Potter’s House ministry shall not employ any individual whose lifestyle is not consistent with our Christian belief system as supported by the statements of beliefs upheld by LMC, A Fellowship of Anabaptist Churches which defines our human sexuality position.
