Meet the staff

Lloyd Hoover - Founder/ Executive Director
Lloyd is an ordained bishop/ overseer for churches in Lancaster Conference of Mennonites and has been trained in counseling and prayer ministry. He believes that each person can experience true freedom and newness of Life as we allow Jesus Christ to heal us of the issues in our past so that we can look forward to a hopeful future. He and his wife Elaine have 4 children and he serves on the board of numerous church and community organizations.
Lanny Millette- TTC Ministry Director
Lanny comes to TTC after 18 years as Executive Director of Camp Hebron in Halifax PA.  A  Graduate from Eastern Mennonite University. His comment on FaceBook….“ I am so blessed. I have experienced God, His wisdom, presence and peace through many situations. I have a wonderful wife (Debbie) two precious sons, one in heaven and one with a beautiful wife of His own and have adopted many others on this walk of life- most notably Melanie, Rebecca and Ben. God is good all the time."
 
Julio Cardoza - House Manager (Lancaster)
Cardoza has an understanding and a heart for men who are repeat offenders due to his own personal experience. Knowing that there is hope for change is what motivated him to start the Lancaster Home a couple of years ago. He is looking ahead in June 2012 for a move to Puerto Rico where he will pastor a church.
Armond (Bud) Roda - Resource Coordinator
Bud received special training through Prison Fellowship and has been actively involved in prison ministry for many years. He serves on the board of Exit Ministries and believes that everyone deserves to experience the victorious life that can only be found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He and his wife Karen have 5 children.
 
Curtis Burkholder - Financial Coordinator
Curtis has a desire to see men walk in the revelation of being sons of God. He loves to see people understand and live in financial freedom. Curtis also enjoys spending time with his wife Sheila and their 2 daughters. They serve on location at the Potter’s House, Leola.

 

Bill Jordan - RMO Resource Coordinator

Bill has joined our staff with the desire to see men be all they can be. Founder and CEO of Compassionate House Aftercare, Inc., he brings a life of dedication to those who have been less fortunate. Bill works with Re-entry Management Organization (RMO) as he helps individuals with their many needs before and after they are released from prison. We welcome his passion and experience as he works along side of us here at Transition to Community.
